The beds were really comfortable, and the food was very good. The hotel has an old-fashioned interior with antique furniture, updated in a tasteful way. There’s also a well-known story about the owner’s daughter, La Petite Gilberte, who supposedly knew “300`000 soldiers and all the officers” in the Swiss army during WWI. French breakfast costs extra. A lovely place to stay if you’re visiting nearby St. Ursanne.
