The balcony and mountain view were a real highlight, and the food was great at both meals. Dinner came with spaghetti, chicken, fries, salad and tart; breakfast was a buffet with toast and peanut butter, eggs, bacon and orange juice. The staff were so friendly that they even put our luggage on the little elevator, so we didn't need to carry it downstairs. There’s no air conditioning, but that didn’t seem to matter on the lower floors.

We booked at the last minute and weren’t sure what to expect, so it was a really pleasant surprise. It’s a simple three-star hotel, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, with a stunning view. Since public restaurants were closed due to COVID, the hotel served a good menu each evening at a very reasonable price. The staff and family are very warm and welcoming. Pets are welcome too, though understandably they can’t come into the breakfast or dining room. We’ll stay here again when we’re in the area.

Our superior room had a big terrace looking over the Alps and valley, and there was plenty of space inside too. The room was comfortable, the bathroom had been renovated, and everything was spotless. Breakfast had a great selection. It’s a lovely family-run three-star hotel in a good location, with friendly, helpful staff.

The view here is the kind that leaves you speechless. The grand piano and fireplace give the place a cozy feel, and they have a great ski room plus transport to get you where you need to go. Loved staying here. I’ll be back.
