Crans Montana Suites

I don’t normally post reviews, but my six nights at Crans Montana Suites were so disappointing that people should know. The first couple of days were fine. From day three, there was no housekeeping, fresh towels, or cleaning until the final night. The included breakfast also stopped after the first three days, with no warning. Worst of all, there were no staff at the hotel. Calls went unanswered and messages were ignored, and I had to try several platforms before anyone replied. They said the staff had all left because the season was over, but took no action and offered neither an apology nor compensation. Guests were left without basic services and weren’t even kept informed. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I would never recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our week at Crans Montana Suites so much that my partner and I didn’t want to leave. Everyone was considerate, attentive, kind, and caring. The lounge was especially cosy, with plenty of couches, art, jazz playing all the time, plus a pool table and board games. We also liked eating in its atmospheric lounge. The restaurant was convenient, and breakfast had lots of delicious choices, including vegetarian options. Try the fresh pain au chocolat. There are self-service coffee machines and water bottles, handy for an early start or a late-night drink. Our suite had everything we needed, including toiletries, a razor, and feminine necessities. The bed was very comfortable, and the big pillows were great. A huge window and balcony opened onto an amazing mountain view. At first the location seemed far out, but it’s easy enough to get into town. The Arnouva télécabine is a 10-minute walk, and there’s a nearby bus stop with free rides everywhere. A truly lovely stay, and we recommend Crans Montana Suites if you’re in Crans Montana.

The suite was clean and beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. I’d recommend staying here.

The staff were lovely and professional, and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back. The hotel has been completely renovated and feels cosy and comfortable, like a home away from home. Our room was superb, full of sunshine all day, with incredible mountain views and excellent brand-new bedding. Breakfast was generous, high quality, and excellent. We also had dinner there several times, and the food was delicious and plentiful.
