The room and breakfast area both had fantastic views. Breakfast was a small buffet, but the lovely croissants and tasty cheeses suited me well. The room was clean, though several lamps were broken: one had a faulty switch and another was hanging by its cable. The bathroom passed the blacklight test, which was great, but the carpet had funky stains all over and seemed to explain the smell we noticed.

The rooms have two beds, and when we asked to put ours together, the sheet meant to cover both was poor quality and unpleasant to touch. Towels weren't changed, and there was no room safe, only a shared one at reception. The hotel has a friendly feel, nice views from the rooms, and a really good range at breakfast. We had a good impression overall, though for a longer stay I'd want better linens and fresh towels.

The rooms have been updated recently and look quite nice, and breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good. Service was friendly too. Hotel Elite is a nice place with fantastic views of the Swiss Alps. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

A simple, no-frills hotel with stunning views. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and brightly lit, and the location makes a very good base for exploring Crans-Montana and the surrounding area.

The rooms may be a little small, but the beds are good and the bathroom is nice. It’s a clean hotel with a high modern standard and maybe a touch of luxury. Every room has a balcony.
