The apartment was in the "backrooms," and the pool was cold. We booked two nights but left after the first because the hotel was filthy. When I raised this with the contact person, she laughed and said that wasn't true. I've attached the WhatsApp conversation and photos of the apartment. I recommend that nobody book here or share it on social media.
After we left, the very rude owner demanded another 350 euros for room cleaning because we hadn't taken the remaining rubbish with us. We'd driven 900 kilometers to get to the hotel, so we couldn't do that. When we checked into one of the rooms, though, the beds hadn't been made, there was rubbish on the floor, and a full bag of garbage was there too. The owner is clearly a scammer!!
The place listed on booking.com as “Ski” was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. The pool was very cold, and the owner was rude. I DO NOT recommend staying here.
We found a dirty room, with rubbish and alcohol bottles left by the owner. The bed was dirty too, and the apartment had an unpleasant smell. The owner was rude and asked for extra money for no clear reason.
I live here, so I know the quiet really is wonderful, almost deafening. This collection of apartments feels like home. The view is breathtaking, especially the snow-covered peaks.
