Valaisia Crans-Montana, a Faern Collection Resort

The kids were happy swimming after the day, and we got to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge. It's a beautiful hotel, an easy walk to the Arnouva gondola. Breakfast was great before heading out for a long day of skiing. Highly recommend!

We had a nice, spacious room with a good view, but the rest of the stay was disappointing for such a high price. The hotel markets itself well and doesn't deliver in most areas. The spa felt more like a public bath than a spa, with just one tiny sauna and a steam bath. It was loud despite the “Silence” signs, so it wasn't relaxing. The area also feels dated, and a huge locker room takes up space guests don't really need. Breakfast was acceptable but very basic for the steep price. Although the restaurant is large, staff seated everyone in a small section instead of using the whole space, which made it noisy. There was a long coffee queue, but the second machine stayed switched off. The bar is promoted as a major feature, yet it closes at 6PM. Parking was costly, and the garage was run down, very narrow and dark. I'd recommend parking outside.

It's an older hotel that's been renovated, and the lobby and rooms are spacious and nice. The spa and pool were okay, and breakfast was okay too, though it could offer more choices. It's conveniently close to the gondola if you're heading up the mountain.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The rooms were very nice, and the food, spa area and overall experience were all great. It's an excellent spot if you're there to ski.
