Chalet Sunnäschyn

We’d happily stay here again. The chalet is in a lovely, peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful nature, and the hosts are great. It’s one minute on foot to the Clavadel bus stop and a three-minute drive to Davos, by the valley run of the Jakobshorn cable cars. The access road goes right to the house, and the hosts sell really delicious, richly flavored honey with a great selection. It’s a two-family chalet with a very cozy 4.5-room apartment. There’s a living and dining room with a conservatory, plus a south-facing balcony with seating and an awning. The kitchen is integrated and has a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and coffee maker. You’ll find a TV and Wi-Fi as well. One south-facing bedroom has a queen-size bed; the north-facing double bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a lovely window. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. On the ground floor there’s another shower, sink, and toilet, along with garden seating, parking spaces, and a garage. The apartment is very homey.

We had a great ski vacation here, with a good ski bus connection to the Davos ski area. The Filli family is incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. The apartment is spacious and really nice, with a magnificent mountain view. We’ll be back! =) Best regards, Heiko and Julia
