I had a great stay in a large room, though the bathroom was small. Breakfast was simple but good, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I took off a star because the hotel's own website was misleading when I booked directly. It advertised free parking, but I was charged a nominal fee at checkout. When I called later after checking, they said the website needed updating. I haven't experienced that in Switzerland before. The site also advertised a sauna and wellness setup, but neither exists. They suggested going to a neighboring hotel or using the public sauna in the city. Davos is competitive, but that's no excuse for false advertising.

It's a practical, no-fuss base in the heart of Davos Dorf, with a walkable position directly on Davos Promenade. Hotel Concordia is family-run and has a cozy, traditional Alpine feel, genuine hospitality, and practical amenities. The price-to-quality ratio is great, especially for couples, solo travelers, and families visiting in summer or winter.

The view from the hotel's breakfast and dining area was excellent. We had a great stay, with great rooms and service, though there wasn't a kettle in the room.

I slept well because it was quiet, and there were nice mountain views from both the rooms and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good. For Switzerland it was reasonably priced, with a good range of choices at the included breakfast. A well-kept three-star hotel.
