We came back for a second stay, and once again the crew's service and hospitality were amazing. The hotel is ideally placed: most of Davos is reachable within a 10-15 minute walk, and the bus stop is practically at the door. For families, they have great deals. We booked two adjoining rooms with a connecting door, at a very competitive price and just right for a family, even though the hotel's name sounds business-focused. Having a supermarket across the street is another big plus.

Davos is a quaint town in the Alps, with all sorts of snow activities nearby. The accommodation is modern and clean, right on the main street and close to the shops and places to eat.

The shower was EXCELLENT, and my room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying here, and the staff were really friendly, especially at the front desk, where they were extremely helpful. I had a couple of meals in the hotel restaurant; the food was very good and the waiters looked after me well. It's also very convenient for the Kongress Centre, less than a two-minute walk away.

The booking was confirmed in advance, with an email and a code, but a week before my trip to Davos I got a stiff email saying I couldn't stay because I didn't have the required pass. There was no mention of a pass on the booking confirmation page. Their availability clearly wasn't accurate, and I was left scrambling for somewhere to stay at the last minute. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Be careful booking here. I felt ripped off, and wouldn't risk it again. 1 star.

The hospitality felt poor from the moment I checked in. The reception staff seemed unhappy to see a guest, and I just got bad vibes. They should work on service quality and start with a smile. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are other places nearby in the same price range that are probably more comfortable.
