Getting help from reception was a struggle. I was heading out skiing in my boots and gear when I realized I'd left my bus ticket in the room. They first said printing another would take too long and seemed reluctant to help, though it took about three seconds in the end. Hotels in Davos usually provide these tickets. The pool situation was another surprise: it's advertised as a hotel amenity, but it's actually in a different building, which is inconvenient and feels misleading for a place presenting itself as upscale. There's also no shuttle to the ski slopes, a basic service I would expect in a destination like Davos. The staff, especially at the front desk, came across as rigid and inflexible, as if guest satisfaction wasn't a priority. I travel a lot, having visited around fifty countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I've never seen an extra person in a room cost more than the room itself. For a hotel that calls itself fancy or high-end, the service just doesn't measure up. It felt like staff were trying to irritate guests rather than assist them. A very disappointing stay.

We loved the breakfast, with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices, and the spa and wellness area was a real treat after time in the mountains. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout. Morosani Schweizerhof Davos sits right in the heart of Davos, yet the hotel was peaceful. From arrival on, the staff were warm and professional, and everyone made an effort to look after us. We can't wait to come back.

The complimentary shuttle made getting to the station easy, and the staff's help with it was exceptional. Everyone was so welcoming, from the incredibly friendly reception team to the breakfast buffet, which was great. We had an amazing stay.

I got very sick two days before check-in and, to avoid putting other guests at risk, didn't want to come to the hotel. I contacted them twice with 48 hours' notice, but they wouldn't offer any refund or even a partial discount. I'd also like to correct their response because it's factually wrong. I proactively got in touch two days beforehand and exchanged two emails with them. They said they wouldn't refund me or take my condition into account. Based on those emails, I kept the room until 24 hours before. Why should they make double profit on the room without giving me even a partial refund? Hope this helps.

The rooms with balconies have big terraces. The hotel itself is nice, with a relaxing spa and a delicious breakfast.
