The shower was practically unusable throughout our stay. It only gave very hot water, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. We reported it to reception, but got no explanation or fix. After leaving, we tried several times to sort it out by email. Even after multiple messages and setting a deadline, they didn't offer an adequate solution. At this price, I'd expect them to handle a problem like this properly, so the whole thing was disappointing.
