The desk staff were lovely and very accommodating, but the room was disappointing. It’s hard to find unless you call, and there’s no entrance of its own. To get there you have to go through hard rock, take an elevator down, walk along a hallway, then go up again. It’s very basic and cramped, with a narrow bed and a horrible mattress that felt like a topper. My back hurt all night, and I’m here to ski. There was no WiFi, the tap was running, the bathroom looked 40 years old, and the carpet made me not want to walk around barefoot. It’s a 15' walk from jacobshorn, which isn’t close when you’re on skis, and you have to take a bus for davos klosters. Parking costs 25 a night.

We came before the season and found it good value for Davos, about as close to a low-cost hotel as you can get here. The bed was fairly comfortable, the staff were nice, and apart from a slightly grubby toilet in the room, everything was spotless. The building feels a bit dated, but for the price it was worthwhile.

The rooms are clean and spacious, right in the city center and close to the ski areas. Breakfast is great and the price is good too. Guests also get free bus cards for public transport. Loved it!

The rooms look a little dated, but they’re clean and well cared for. The central location is excellent and the price feels fair. One thing to know: the property is technically part of the hard rock hotel, so hotel matters are handled at their reception.

The staff were genuinely kind and tried to accommodate every issue. The room itself was noisy and very basic, though, and the tiny breakfast had hardly any choice. It was hard to sleep with the terrible pillows and heat in the room. For the price, I didn’t feel I got good value or even the basics for a comfortable stay. Adequate at best.
