We’ve stayed at Pign Padua several times, and it still has the same special feel it had on our first visit. If you want a relaxing, traditional Swiss retreat, this is a lovely choice. The owners always make us feel warmly welcomed, the accommodation is spotless, and breakfast is freshly cooked. Definitely worth coming back. Thank you for making our stay so special!
We were four tired bikers from Sweden, arriving late one evening and hoping to find a room. The owners gave us food, beer, a plate of local meats and cheese, and the rooms we needed. The scenery was excellent, the food was great, and the owners were kind and very helpful. Best lodging of our trip.
Before setting off on our long cycle trip along the River Rhine, we spent a night here in June 2010. We got exactly what we needed: a superb welcome, lovely food, and beautiful views.
We had booked for May 2011, with the prices and everything confirmed, but when we arrived the place was closed. I’m disgusted with the owners. They’re not fit to run a dogs’ home. Don’t stay here!
