After a long day of driving, this was an easy place to reach just off the main autoroute, and a lovely spot to unwind. I really liked the views and the room, and parking was straightforward. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, with fantastic food and local beer, and breakfast was delicious too. The soaps, gels and lotions in the bathroom were lovely. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. I’d happily stay again if I’m nearby. Thank you :)

The restaurant has plenty of tasty, quality food to choose from. Add the fantastic views and great amenities, and it made for quite an experience on my first visit. I can highly recommend it.

My 4-year-old daughter asked for lemonade from the homemade juice jars set out at reception. I poured her a glass, then a staff member came over rudely, said “it’s not for you,” and took the jars away. The location is good and the rooms are okay, but the staff felt unfriendly and unprofessional. Edit: The hotel’s response below only reinforces the points in my review ☺️

We were after a peaceful, long Easter weekend, and the junior suite was ideally placed facing the lake. It had some standout features: a rotating bed, a bathtub on the balcony, and an Italian bathroom with a proper tropical rain forest shower and push-button On/Off. The hotel is stylish and extremely well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. Everyone on staff was smiling too. Special thanks to Pascal, Martina, and the front desk crew.
