Swiss Hotel Apartments – The Alps processed an unauthorized charge of CHF 2,108.50 to my AMEX on 26 Nov 2025. The transaction identifier was MH9KD7C4G3SVG7F3. In an email, the hotel admitted it was a “technical error” and said it would refund me. They said they couldn't return the money to the original card and asked for my bank details. I sent the full details and followed up in writing several times, but I still haven't received the refund or any receipt or proof of transfer. They've stopped communicating altogether. This is a serious failure of financial accountability and customer support, and I'm now having to escalate it with my bank and the relevant authorities. I'd strongly urge future guests to be extremely cautious with card payments here.

We live in Montreux by Lake Geneva, but it was lovely to get some Eastern Switzerland air and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. The location feels like a classic Swiss postcard, with such green, majestic landscapes. The apartment had high-end beds and furniture, and the concierge service was exceptional. Great value for money. We'll be back next year!

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. It’s close to the center, so getting around was easy. Swiss Hotel Apartments clearly cares about hospitality, and that made us feel at home. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Asaad, for his attention to the apartments’ quality and to his guests. I’d happily recommend staying here. Abo Hatim

Abdulrahman made a real difference to our stay. He was warm, helpful, and did his best to make sure we were comfortable. The place itself was very clean, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming. We loved staying at swiss hotel in Engelberg and are already looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time here as a family, and the mountain views were incredible. The apartment was peaceful, really clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a supermarket nearby, and having our own laundry room was handy. We’d love to come back when there’s snow.
