RAHUL M.
We spent five nights at Titlis Resort, and the service was extremely poor. On arrival they gave us a smaller room. Only after we showed our booking details and spoke to our booking agent did they move us to the higher-category room we had reserved. The TV wasn’t working when we checked in. We asked about OTT services, but staff said none of the TVs had them, even though the website says every room has Netflix. When we reported the broken TV, they said no technician was available and one could only come the next morning. After three days we asked to have the cottons changed and were told that was done only at check-in. Apparently, if we’d booked one night at a time, they would change them daily, but because our booking was for five nights they wouldn’t. We also had to go to reception ourselves for toilet rolls, and take our rubbish to the trash bin. They didn’t even collect it from the corridors. The location amid nature was the only good thing. I’d suggest changing the name from Titlis Resort to Titlis Apartments so guests don’t expect resort services. Sorry, management, but this is honest feedback. Guests from India should think 100 times before booking.
