The snow-covered scenery and the drive up to the hotel along the snow track made it feel like a winter fairytale. We stayed in a chalet, which was cozy and beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views. The food was incredible, and every meal felt special, easily Michelin-star worthy. Janos and the whole team were warm, dedicated, professional, and attentive throughout, and made us feel cared for. Berghotel Chäserstatt was a magical stay, and we'll cherish the memories. We couldn't have asked for better, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and hospitality in the Alps.

The mountain view was breathtaking, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We were happy with everything, from the delicious food to the incredibly friendly, attentive staff who made us feel welcome. They even surprised us with tea, such a thoughtful gesture. Thanks for a special stay, we'll definitely be back!

Getting there means snowshoeing up and down, unless you request a snow cab, which makes this a great sporty weekend away. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the mountain hut serves tasty food with vegetarian options. We also loved the private sauna and jacuzzi, especially soaking in the hot water under the beautiful night sky in the cold.

We felt looked after the whole time, thanks to genuinely welcoming staff, every one of them. The snow taxi ride to the hotel's beautiful setting was a highlight, and the views were stunning. We loved the delicious food, tried all the beers and some wine, and finished our stay with a perfect spa visit. Our dogs had a great time in the snow too. One of my best weekends away, and we felt so relaxed. We'll definitely come back. Thank you, keep it up.

We loved that this remote, beautiful hotel welcomes pets. The hike up is pleasant, though the snow taxi is a great alternative. You can book the sauna and whirlpool for private use, and the restaurant food is exquisite. A really relaxing place.
