We had an excellent lunch. The menu was simple, but the cooking was good and the dishes had an inventive touch.

We stayed in a comfortable modern family suite with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. The owners were gracious, and the seafood appetizer at the restaurant was delicious. Dalpe is a cute town and worked perfectly as a place to stay before our hike to Capanna Tencia. A hidden gem.

The restaurant was nicely decorated, and service was friendly and quick. We had lunch here on a lazy Monday. The food was good, and the waitress explained what was available that day, in an osteria style. There's no extensive à la carte menu, just a choice of three or four dishes. Prices felt a little high for the area, though average for Switzerland: CHF 5 for water or Rivella, CHF 24 for a main course, and CHF 7 for a small side salad.
