The views of the Alps and lake are breathtaking, and the buffet included with the visit was both extensive and delicious, with healthy options too. This was my second time at Akari spa, where I got a spa package with a massage. The spa and hotel are out of this world, the place is very well maintained, the staff are friendly, and the masseur was amazing. It’s worth a visit, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, and it was a memorable stay. The spa was exceptional, with beautiful views of Lake Zurich, and the hotel was charming and very well kept. Service exceeded our expectations, with staff who were both friendly and professional. Everything felt perfect, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended.

The room price felt steep for its condition. The bathroom was outdated, the room had a bit of a hospital feel, though a nice one, and without air conditioning it was hard to sleep comfortably. We’d consider returning if there are renovations. For now, it would mainly be for the breakfast buffet and spa. There was plenty to enjoy, though. The service team were lovely and attentive from reception through to the spa, and the view across Lake Zurich was stunning. We also liked the spa snacks, Collina restaurant, and the excellent breakfast buffet, one of the best parts of our stay.

Everything made for an amazing weekend: the food and drinks, the views, the spa, the hotel, and especially the staff. We were welcomed warmly and well looked after, and the room was lovely. The staff were so friendly that we definitely want to come back.

Everyone on staff gave guests such attentive care, wherever we went around the resort. It was my first stay here, and the service was impeccable, with the whole team working to a really high standard. Thanks for looking after us so well. I warmly recommend the place.
