We were wrongly accused of causing damage, and despite reminding them repeatedly, we never got our security deposit back. The holiday home was neglected too, with dusty rooms, greasy kitchen counters, and an unkempt area around it. Never again.

The apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped. It wasn’t perfectly clean, unfortunately, but it was okay.
