We didn't stay at the hotel, but ate dinner at its restaurant two nights in a row. I usually avoid hotel restaurants, but this one was different. Both times we got the margherita and prosciutto pizzas from the wood-fired oven, and they were perfect. Prices are average and the service was fantastic. Give it a try if you're nearby.

It felt a bit like being at home, especially with the nice shared bathroom. The rooms were good and had a lovely view. A very friendly lady welcomed us, and we were glad we could still get something to eat. The location is perfect for a trip to the Aletsch glacier.

The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean. Service was very friendly, and for the price it felt like a bargain. You can walk easily to the river, shops, and the cable car up to the must-see Eggishorn glacier. Take a bus or a cheap taxi to the hotel. They offer all meals, plus there's a nice beer garden.

The drive in is stunning from every direction. We had a top-floor room with a great view, and the top level had a shared bathroom. The restaurant does a great bowl of fondue. Food is expensive, as you'd expect, but not outrageously so.

I was very happy with this accommodation. The host was extremely kind and helpful, greeting me when I arrived and saying goodbye when I left. In between, she was always smiling and ready to answer my questions. Thank you so much, and keep it up. Greetings from Hungary.
