The breakfast was fresh and clean, with a good spread overall, though there weren’t many hot dishes. I also liked spending time in the bar, where the staff were just as friendly as they’d been when I arrived. My room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, and the whole team made a great first impression. I was only there for one night on a business trip to Hinwil, but it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere. I didn’t get to try dinner, maybe next time.

I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against as a dark-skinned person. At the welcome table, the receptionist mispronounced my name and laughed, saying she couldn’t pronounce it. After that, the waiter seemed to treat my family and me differently. We often had to call him over for service, even when he didn’t look busy. I can’t recommend this hotel.

There’s a great playground for kids and a cute mini zoo for customers. Our dinner was excellent, and the service was superb. The hotel and restaurant were excellent, too, with spacious rooms that had been remodeled very recently.

The atmosphere was cozy and the service was great. They serve delicious traditional Swiss food, with dishes that change by season.

We had good food at a nice place for celebrating family birthdays. My father inlaw enjoyed it.
