The family room was spacious enough even with four adults sharing, though the beds were just okay and could be better. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's an extra charge for the saunas and jacuzzi. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the ski lift.

Weekdays in January are quiet for skiing, and Arena is near the main lifts. The breakfast buffet had enough variety and the sauna was warm enough. Thanks, Arena Team. 😊

A really pleasant stay. The rooms were warm and clean, and the ski lift is right beside the hotel. Breakfast was included and more than enough. We only thought of using the spa on our last day, silly us.

We had a mix of single and double rooms, all comfortable, clean and Swiss. The team was kind, helpful and knew their stuff, and our group enjoyed a hearty breakfast before skiing. There's also a fairly large sauna, steam room and jacuzzi area in the basement of the guesthouse, with a cold plunge. The location couldn't be better. The Flims Bergbahnen bus stop is right outside, across from the main lift up to Plan and the chairlift to Foppa. The main Coop supermarket is on the lower ground floor of the new complex, where more shops are opening. A great place to sleep and stay, and we'd happily return and recommend it.

The staff were nice and helpful, though parking was tight and a bit difficult. The hotel feels a little dated, and the hallway smelled of cigarettes. The room decor was really unusual, like something from a teenager's dream room. Somehow, I still kind of liked it.
