Chalet Belmont At Waldhaus Flims Mountain Resort

The service made this stay stand out. Everyone was friendly and attentive without feeling distant, and the hospitality stayed strong from the moment we arrived to the end. Someone showed each guest to their room and around the hotel. Our room was beautifully prepared, with still and sparkling water beside the bed and all the bath amenities. The grounds were well kept, and the mountain views were excellent. We enjoyed a very good dinner, and the bar drinks were well mixed and reasonably priced. I stay in many hotels in this category, and this was truly exceptional. I hope they keep it up.

The spa is a real highlight, especially the indoor pool in its glass cube with those stunning views. Our room was in the more discreet Chalet Belmont, and it was spacious, modern, and had a lovely large balcony in the sun. Breakfast offered plenty of choices for different tastes, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The resort brings historic style together with modern comfort and luxury. I'd definitely come back.

We meant to stay just one night, then changed our plans and added another. The food was some of the best I've had, and the service was great, with clean facilities throughout. There's an indoor and an outdoor pool where people wear bathing suits. The saunas and steam rooms have a separate area for women if preferred, and clothing isn't allowed in those spaces. It's a lovely hotel, and I'd recommend it if you're staying in the area.

Gaetan, the front office manager, deserves a special thank you for always checking that we were enjoying ourselves. The service was professional and amazing throughout. My partner and I had a very good stay, with a comfortable, spacious room and a delicious breakfast. The resort and its surroundings are truly beautiful.
