The owner is especially kind and involved, and the staff and service were absolutely amazing. The spa was fantastic, with several saunas and an outdoor heated pool. Our standard room was super small. It seemed like most rooms might be different, so I guess we were unlucky, but ours had no carpet or rug over the cold ceramic tiles. We asked for slippers and were charged extra. The half-board food was mediocre and the portions were small. There's a hotel shuttle to the gondola, but it was full most of the time, so we had to take the regular Flims bus.

After a day skiing, the spa's cold plunge was especially good. We really enjoyed the hotel, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the ski lift was a great perk too.

We were happy with our stay at Hotel Cresta. It's a 3 star Hotel, though it feels like a 4 star. There is the main Hotel, with villas and chalets around it. We stayed in one of the wooden villas, with a balcony and beautiful views of the mountains, alps and chalets. The wellness area was beautiful, breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our half-board stay a lot. The breakfast was super, and I can really recommend the evening meals. The staff were extremely helpful, and the facilities and location are great for visiting the lakes and mountains of flims. After a day's walking, a dip in the natural pool followed by the heated pool's massage jets was just the thing.
