Marlene was lovely, with outstanding hospitality, and the staff were warm and went beyond what we expected. The owner also helped us find parking, which was really useful. It’s close to stocks, with steps that make a shortcut from the main road to the hotel, and there are good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was amazing, and the sauna was so relaxing after long days. A great place to stay!

The room was clean and roomy, the temperature was comfortable in early summer, and the side view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was comfy and the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast looks simple, but everything tastes great, and the coffee may be the best I had in the whole country. I also felt the place was really safe. The location is great, near a bus stop, and my wife loved the short, steep shortcut. A special shout-out to the woman at the desk, who was so nice and helpful. I arrived late for breakfast and she still offered us scrambled eggs. Hers were the best I’ve ever tasted.

After long days on the slopes, it was a lovely place to relax and recharge. The rooms were comfortable, the food delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. From the moment we arrived for our ski holiday, the warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and friendly team made us feel welcome. Marleen and Carlos deserve a special mention. Marleen always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had what we needed. Carlos shared great tips about ski runs and hidden spots nearby. Thanks to them, we found incredible slopes and cozy mountain huts we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We’re grateful to the whole team, will definitely return, and highly recommend Hotel Mira Val to anyone looking for a welcoming stay in Flims.

The buffet had a different theme each night, with Swiss, Thail, Italian, French, and middle-Easten food. It was a bit hit or miss, but generally okay. We were surprised that a half-day ski guide was included in the price and organised by the hotel, with a guide taking you around each day. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel stayed tidy and clean throughout our stay. The price seemed reasonable compared with what everything else costs in Switzerland. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel parking was completely free in low season, except for a big bus, and the room was quiet and cozy, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots to choose from, including different kinds of bread. Sadly, dinner was fully booked.
