Ostello Orgnana

For just one night, we had a wonderful experience. The room was simple, clean, and cozy, and even with the temperature dropping, Natascia made sure it was warm when we arrived. She was so helpful and welcoming. The hostel sits in a beautiful village high on the mountainside, with a stunning lake view. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant next door. It's hard to understand the negative reviews after our excellent stay. Thank you!!

The rooms are comfortably furnished, and there's a ping-pong table to pass the time. The area is incredibly beautiful, although the location is quite remote. Google Maps suggests Wi-Fi, but there isn't any, and the hygiene can be questionable at times. P.S. The three one-star reviews posted shortly beforehand are wildly exaggerated and clearly coordinated, so they should be disregarded.

The only things I would give one star for are the foosball and ping-pong tables. The hotel isn't well located, with about a 20-minute walk to a bus stop, and the view is nice only from the top floor. Elsewhere you're looking at dirty gray walls. We were sometimes harassed by unfriendly neighbors in the evenings, and at night I often came across ants or other creatures. There's no Wi-Fi router. The bunk beds are too low to sit on without hunching over, and the showers are extremely small and don't look hygienic.

The rooms smell very strongly, and the sheets are covered in stains. There's mold everywhere, including on the cutlery and kitchen utensils. The location is also very bad, even though we ventilated constantly. The toilet has no ventilation either.
