We stayed one night before our flight from Geneva airport and had a pleasant evening in the city center. We had to ask, but passes for Geneva public transport were included in our room rate. The hotel is well connected by bus, and it offers a free shuttle to the airport at set times. The room was clean and well furnished, so we had a pleasant night. Breakfast was great, with good local products. The à la carte pancakes were undercooked, but it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel bar and restaurant were great too, with quality drinks and food, and dedicated staff.

The reception Manager made check-in a very nice experience, and the staff provided excellent service. I also really enjoyed the restaurant, with special thanks to Mrs. Laeticia and Mr. Pierre. The window panes could use better soundproofing, but the staff’s exceptional service makes up for it. I’ll return.

The airport shuttle runs free every 20 minutes, which was very convenient. Our room had a stunning mountain view, a lovely way to finish our holiday in Switzerland. We were also given exclusive access to the Club Lounge as members. When there was a small issue with our room, the front desk team was incredibly warm and welcoming and kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade. Everyone we met, from the restaurant to the bar, was genuinely friendly and gave great service. The restaurant served delicious food, and Taps Bar had some truly amazing starters. We had a wonderful end to our holiday at the Crowne Plaza. Thank you, Crowne Plaza, for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, and everyone I dealt with was polite. The bar food was fine for a quick bite, but there were so many avoidable mix-ups. The receptionist tried to charge me for a room I’d already paid for, and my key wouldn’t let me in. I was given a complimentary drink, but the Aperol I ordered wasn’t covered, only local wine. That hadn’t been explained. They did end up not charging me, saying it was Christmas coming. I was also told the airport shuttle ran every five minutes, but there’s a schedule, so I waited 15 minutes in the lobby at 5 am. The location is handy if you need to be near the airport. My room was clean but very small, and the bathroom looked dated. The minibar was empty. For more than 250 euros a night, I’d probably try another hotel next time.

Rai made a long trip feel much easier. She remembered our names and travel plans, and shared useful information with real kindness and care. That personal attention left a lasting impression. Everyone else we met was welcoming and professional too. The room was spacious and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a long day. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly and felt warm from the start. We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Geneva and will definitely come back when we’re in Geneva.
