The staff were all very nice, and the price felt fair for Switzerland in summer. The room was tiny, with minimal amenities and too much furniture, but we only used it to sleep, so it was okay. We stayed one night during the Locarno Film Festival. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. For the value and friendly service, I'd give it four stars.

Giubiasco is a lovely town and worth visiting. The staff were very friendly, and dinner was great with generous portions. I can only recommend stopping by.

The restaurant is really good, and I liked the staff and the place. The hotel could use renovation.

The food is good, though the waitresses could smile more. A smile works wonders.
