Bed & Breakfast Wepfer

The room had a fun Central American feel, with warm tropical colors across the sheets, towels, curtains, bathroom rug, and even the scents of the soap and shower products. I also liked the glass-fronted cabinet displaying minerals and little bottles of sand collected from beaches around the world. The rooms are simple but have what you need, and the traditional Swiss home has lots of wood and natural stone. The family who run the place were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Some things in the bathroom were marked as private, which made it clear they were welcoming guests into their home. I was only there for one short night and skipped breakfast because I was short on time and preferred not to eat in public during the pandemic. The neighborhood is quiet, with fields around it. The place was clean, and other distancing rules were followed. My host wasn't wearing a mask when we spoke, but I didn't feel at risk from the virus. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.
