The view is astonishing, and the location is easy to reach. It seems like a good place for backpackers or groups, though I think the prices should be lower. There were at least 15 guests while we were there, but the house still felt empty. Only rooms with bunk beds were available, and the toilet and shower were shared.

The room and showers were clean, and breakfast was nice. I'd like to come back!

The rooms were dirty, the chalet was old, and several appliances were broken. The owner was unpleasant and fussy when she wasn't cleaning herself. In short, I won't be going back.

The chalet is old and run-down, and the dishwasher doesn't work well. There was no duvet or cover provided, or even a towel for drying your hands. The woman was unpleasant and far too strict about tidying up. I won't return and wouldn't recommend it 🧌.

8/10
The host has a lot of rules and is strict, and the facilities feel a bit dated. The rooms are fine, though, and the house sits beautifully at the edge of Grächen, with fantastic views over the valley. It's a picturesque holiday camp straight out of a holiday flyer.
