We had a lovely stay and got a real Swiss experience. Our room was huge and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony 💖. The heater worked well and kept the room warm and enjoyable. We had a delicious typical schnitzel meal for dinner. Special thanks to the professional and pleasant team and owner.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the village and close to everything, including the ski lift. Parking in the garage kept the car dry and clean, and we didn't have to clear snow before getting in. The rooms may be a little dated, but the hotel is neat, clean, and tidy, with an authentic Swiss style. The hostess and staff were very attentive, and we lacked nothing. Breakfast was extensive and tasty, and dinner and the service were great. We enjoyed the meals and delicious wine. A great place to stay in Grachen.

The views of the Swiss Alps are great, and the hotel is easy to find since it's right at the bus station, a short walk from the main train station bus stop. Staff were very friendly, though slow with check-in. The restaurant food was very good, but the staff mostly speak German and don't speak English well.

The room felt very homey, and it was huge, with both a balcony and a terrace.

The Rösti was the best I’ve ever had in Switzerland. This place is absolutely fantastic, highly recommended!
