The kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a microwave. The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from Grindelwald and close to First, though the road is sloped and involves walking uphill and downhill. Bring your own shampoo and body wash, as they aren't provided. Since it's near a garden, you might occasionally find insects inside. Also, have cash ready for the city tax.

We loved the mountains and the privacy and peace here, even though everything was nearby. The view was brilliant, the location was perfect, and the host was lovely. We'd definitely recommend it and want to return.
