The massage was by far the best part of my day spa visit, and the full body massage was the best I've ever had. I can't recommend it enough. The spa itself is lovely, with great views, kind staff, and tea and fruit available. It's a little small, admittedly, but I think they avoid overbooking, since I always had room in the saunas and the small outdoor pool/jacuzzi. The day 3 package also includes a 3 course lunch, and it was definitely worth it.

Sophie was great at check-in and answered our questions about the area. The other staff were attentive and excellent at both breakfast and dinner, and the service overall was very good. We found the rooms spacious and cozy, with breathtaking views from every angle. Breakfast was included and delicious, and dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. After hiking and exploring, the spa whirlpool was a perfect place to unwind. We had an incredible experience at the Aspen Alpin Hotel in Grindelwald. We'll recommend the resort to friends and family, and hope to return as soon as we can. Thanks!

The restaurant is what I keep thinking about. Every dish felt like a work of art, with bold but elegant flavors, beautiful presentation, and Swiss ingredients treated wonderfully. The chefs seemed to make something special at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff made dining feel personal, with warm, attentive service that felt genuine and anticipated what we might need. It was more than a meal, and one of the best culinary experiences I've had anywhere. Aspen Grindelwald itself felt like a fairytale, full of Alpine charm, warmth, and luxury. The snow-covered peaks, fresh mountain air, and cozy atmosphere made me feel at home and completely spoiled. I can't wait to return for the view and the peace, and especially for that incredible restaurant. If heaven had a hotel, it would be Aspen Grindelwald.

Good afternoon. My husband, Guillermo Rodríguez, our children, and I stayed here and found it to be a magnificent hotel. The facilities were beautiful, and everyone was incredibly friendly, from the waiters to the cleaning staff.
