The owners were friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was spotless, very spacious, and better equipped than most places we've stayed. We spent three nights here for a ski trip and really enjoyed it. You can ski in and out, and the hotel's après-ski bar stays open until 19:00, making it easy to have a drink after skiing. We'll be back in summer for hiking!

The balcony had a superb view, and our room, 204, was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything for a short stay, including an iron, kitchen, and coffee machine. Check-in and check-out both went perfectly. The chalet is about a 20-minute walk from the center, or under 10 minutes by car. The price is reasonable compared with other local options. We'd certainly return to Grindelwald and recommend it.

You can walk back to the chalet from Grindelwald Grund station after sightseeing, and the location is right by the slopes, around 400 meters from the terminal, facing the magnificent Eiger Nordwand. The chalet was amazing, spacious, and had everything we needed.
