We came for dinner and were really impressed. The food was delicious, and we shared a rosti and fondue. Our small dog was welcome, and it wasn't overcrowded. Highly recommend.

The fondue and desserts were both great. The service was fine, though a little slow. It’s a top restaurant in Gruyeres’ old town.

We had fondue for the first time, following our server Qendresa’s recommendation. She was fantastic and really helpful. Lovely place, with great service!

It gets really quiet at night, probably because most tourists stay in the larger town. The hotel is right in the village center, and having an elevator to take you up to your room is very convenient.

7/10. The view was great, and the Gruyère cheese was amazing. The food was good too, though the service forgot a few things along the way.
