The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we enjoyed the restaurant. Breakfast was great, and we had two delicious dinners there. We picked the hotel for its location near the hiking trails and gondolas, and it was so easy to head straight out the door and hop on. Our balcony views were another lovely bonus.

Really good value. The room felt both roomy and cozy, and everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast had a nice range of choices. And those views were absolutely stunning, hard to put into words.

I enjoyed my first visit so much that I returned two years later. It’s a charming, well-run place, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms have terraces where you can sit outside and take in the incredible view, with the soft sound of Reichenbach Falls across the valley. I’ve attached photos from my terrace. They were also very accommodating with my large Anatolian Shepherd, and called him by his name, Odin, from day one.

A great choice for a family holiday, and especially convenient if you’re here to ski since it’s so close to the slopes. The service was very good, creative, and courteous. The bartender was the best in the area, and they were great with kids too.
