We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, thanks to the staff's warm, genuine hospitality. My girlfriend and I also loved the comfortable, delightful room and the hotel's charming feel. We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Les Vieux Toits in Neuchâtel and would happily recommend it. Greetings from Poland! :)

The bed was really comfortable, and the place had a cosy, quiet feel with lots of character. We enjoyed exploring the area and thought breakfast was high quality. We'd like to come back!

I slept amazingly, and the place felt like my grandmother's home. My room was pretty small, so I spent the evening in the lobby, which I had to myself most of the time. A guest would occasionally come back and head to bed. The hotel is really cute and sits in the old part of the village. When I asked about beer late at night or a minibar, they said there wasn't one, but I could use the fridge behind the lobby counter or help myself to a beer and leave the money there. Wow! Next time I'll ask if I can use the Cheminée too. Please leave everything as it is. I'll be back. 😊

A small, nice hotel in a village near Neuchatel. The rooms were clean, and the people were friendly. Recommended.

The location was lovely, and the staff were friendly. There was a spacious living area, but the bathroom and toilet weren't very clean. The room was quite cold, and there was no way to turn the heat up.
