I’m only reviewing the restaurant. I stayed at the hotel for a few nights many years ago and remember it fondly. The restaurant’s terrace and interior are charming, and the view across the Swiss Alps is stunning. Dinner has a more sophisticated menu, while lunch is excellent quality. If you’re skiing, it may be the best food option nearby, just a few meters from the slopes. The prices aren’t over the top given the location.

The weather wasn’t great, but the hotel and experience were perfect. We had a lovely view, felt surrounded by Valais décor, and found the staff very kind and always ready to help.

I tried both the beef Burger and chicken Burger, and they were really tasty. My daughter loved the Tartar. We always like to stop here at least once during our ski holiday. We love it.

The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The service was exceptional, too. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but the warm welcome here made this one stand out and put me at ease right away. I’d highly recommend it for a memorable hotel stay.
