The room and hallway both looked awful. The carpet was covered in stains and felt really dirty, and the room wasn't clean either. The staff were rude and unpleasant. There was also a sign directing us to the service elevator, where we found smelly garbage. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

We couldn't get into the room at all, so our 220 francs are gone and we can't get them back. The machine beneath the 24/7 check-in sign wouldn't process our reservation. It told us to call a number or contact reception, but nobody picked up and the voicemail box was full. There wasn't any staff or reception desk inside, and nowhere to leave our luggage if we'd had to wait until evening. Save your money and book another hotel. You might not get access to a room here.

The booking process went smoothly, and we found the room spacious and clean for the price. We'd read some of the earlier bad ratings, but our stay was very different. We had made an error in the booking, and the friendly receptionist handled it with compassion and professionalism. No complaints from us.

At 9:40, a maid came into our room and told us checkout was at 10. Our checkout was actually the next day, so she woke us for no reason and left us upset. We couldn't get back to sleep. When I showed her the reservation, she didn't apologize, just laughed and said, "Ok." Such an unprofessional experience. 0/10, I've never had this happen at any hotel.

The self-check-in took less than five minutes and was really easy. The room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable, and the bathroom great. Everything was close by, too. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance.
