When we arrived, we discovered one of our bags was missing. As visitors from India, we had some difficulty communicating with the local Swiss authorities, but the hotel team stepped in, spoke on our behalf, and helped us get the bag back quickly. The conference organizers also supported us throughout and helped sort everything out smoothly. The staff and property managers were exceptionally courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful experience, with a beautiful property and a team that truly cared. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, easily reached place for seminars and meetings. Everything was very well organized, with room for people to work, meet, and gather. The former riding hall also makes a nice venue for larger events. Catering was very good, and the staff were competent and kind.

A notable seminar hotel, set in a beautiful park. It has a large dining hall and excellent seminar rooms in a range of sizes. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and Google Maps makes it easy to get there by public transport.

I love Bocken. I first came to know it through workshops and seminars I attended with my company. It's set high up in horgen, with a wonderful view, and the bus from the train station takes about 15 minutes. The staff, food, surroundings, workshop facilities, and service are all great. I like the simple but elegant rooms, where it's easy to unwind. I was also invited to a wedding here and had a great time. Thumbs up!
