Bettina was a superb, really friendly host, and our child had a great time here. The apartment was spotless and spacious, with all the amenities easy to find and use. It was perfect for our family of three during our four days in Interlaken. Highly recommend it!

The woman who welcomed us was so helpful, explaining everything clearly and in detail, and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was carefully organized and exceptionally clean, with a lovely mix of comfort and modern design. Its spacious rooms and central location made it easy to get to nearby facilities and attractions.

There was no luggage storage, daily cleaning, or trash removal, which made the stay feel less convenient than a hotel. Check-in wasn't until 4 pm and checkout was at 10 am, with no extensions. At 10, they were right there pushing us to leave. The apartment has two twin beds and a sofa bed, but at a price similar to or higher than a good hotel in Interlaken, it didn't feel worth it. A very average stay, and I wouldn't recommend more than one night, unless you can't find anything else.
