We went on a Sunday night and will be back. The atmosphere was classic but cozy, and the service was friendly, competent, and efficient. All the other dishes were yummy too, and the food was excellent. I worried when no one asked how I wanted my steak cooked, but there was no need. It arrived medium, perfectly pink in the middle, and amazingly tender.

We found this place by chance while cycling around Lake Konstanz. We’d left the route looking for somewhere to have lunch by the lake, and this turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. The staff were friendly and chatty, made us feel at home, and found us a sunny terrace table with a lovely lake view. I had the spare ribs, while Liz had the recommended mushroom noodles. Both were delicious. Thanks for a wonderful lunch.

The view was great, and the staff were lovely, super friendly, and always there. The mixed salad was great too. I had the delicious spare ribs, and the raviolis were just right, a must try! Einfach spitze! I’d go back anytime!
