We waited 45 minutes for one soup and two fries, and the bill was 50 francs. They had lost our order and served everyone else first. The choice was limited to soup and fries, the service was disorganised, and we even had to clean our own table. Very expensive and a terrible experience. Don't come here.

The rooms and facilities were okay, but pretty pricey, and the food and breakfast were just average. Staff seemed stressed and unhappy, so they came across as rather unfriendly. The owner, I guess, also makes the accommodation and organisation quite complicated. It’s a typical Swiss mountain place, so if you really want to experience Switzerland, this is the spot.

They wouldn't take card payment, and charged for euros as though they were francs. It felt like some "dirty" behaviour to me. I wouldn't recommend this place. The restaurant across the bridge is much better.

A wonderful Alpine meal. On sunny days, get there early. It was closed for renovations in Dec. 2019, so check the website.
