Jenny at reception made a real difference, she was attentive, kind, and welcoming. We also found the shuttle to and from the valley stations really convenient and well organized. The Sunstar Hotel Klosters has a cozy atmosphere and plenty of charm, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Getting to hiking trails and ski slopes was easy from the Sunstar Hotel Klosters, which works well for summer or winter activities. My room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel felt peaceful. Breakfast had a tasty range of fresh local products, and dinner at the restaurant was just as impressive. The staff were warm and attentive, and went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Set in the Swiss Alps, it was a fantastic stay, and I can’t wait to return.

There’s a contemporary, comfortable side to Sunstar Hotel Klosters, but it still feels rooted in alpine tradition. I found the place intimate and welcoming, with a mix of refined boutique-resort comforts and down-to-earth hospitality. In a quiet but central part of Klosters Platz, this chalet-style four-star hotel seems suited to couples, families, and nature lovers. It balances mountain character with modern amenities and a relaxed feel.

The gardens and terrace were a real bonus when the weather was nice, and everyone on staff was welcoming to me, my 8-year-old, and our little dog. Dinner was excellent, with a good buffet selection at breakfast and extra eggs available to order. Our recently updated shower room was very nice and had excellent amenities; the rooms were clean and well equipped. It’s a cute little hotel, pretty and set amid beautiful countryside on the edge of klosters.
