We booked online but then changed our minds. The schloss keeper was very kind and agreed to approve our cancellation.

The rooms were very large and cosy, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. It was also very quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. The host was great. I can highly recommend the hotel as a base for exploring the area around Konstanz.

I didn't stay at the hotel. I visited the small winery on the ground floor, a really nice place with very good wine 😊.
