Ha Bergement Du Pod

“Why are you talking to me as if I'm guilty?” That's how I felt about the disrespectful behavior from reception and cleaning staff. I booked two nights, Saturday and Sunday, through the board games festival management, who had arranged a deal with the POD for my business trip to attend the festival. The first night went fine. Around 10 pm the next night, the receptionist, Mo*****ed, who also does cleaning, asked if I could sleep on the first floor because he'd cleaned upstairs and didn't want anyone there. He also said maybe a woman would sleep there, even though it hadn't been a problem the night before. Later, around 10 pm, he took my belongings and sleeping bag and drove toward Neuchâtel. When I called, he became aggressive and said he'd taken them to “throw them” away. He said he wouldn't bring them back before midnight the next day, but I had to leave at 8 am. :) I understand the business and dorms are in the same building as the Museum of Islamic Civilisation, which also has a Mosque and a Quranic School, and that it was Ramadhan. But his actions were just vulgar and disrespectful. I'm never going back, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone staying in La Chaux-De-Fonds.
