Ibis 3 Lacs Neuchatel Hotel

The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and clean too, with a decent European-style buffet breakfast. I stayed for business in 2018. I could've used a fan for air circulation, and there was no clothes dresser, so I ended up living out of my suitcase. Maybe that's just the European style.

The staff are so kind and nice, and the rooms are big with a very comfortable bed. It's a wonderful hotel in a really calm location. We'll definitely come back.

I stayed three nights at Ibis 3 Lakes in June 2024, and the experience was much better than I expected. The garden is lovely and green, and the hotel is quiet and well protected from noise, even though at first glance its spot at the highway entrance and exit between Bern and Lausanne seems like it might be noisy. Access is immediate, and you don't have to drive in and out of Neuchâtel city. Nuno and Lourdes were the staff members I spoke with most, and their kindness and attention to customers really stood out. They have great people skills, share information about the area, and help with luggage. Just ask and you'll get the help you need. I imagine the other staff are just as good. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and nicely arranged, and the fruit comes from local growers. The rooms are more spacious than at other Ibis hotels I've stayed at around the world, and the price is great. Enjoy your stay and come back, as I will.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and breakfast was good 🥞. Everything was very clean and quiet, with a big car park. The staff were professional and polite.
