The two bathrooms in an apartment for six are really practical, and there’s plenty of room overall, with big wardrobes in the bedrooms. T-Resort’s heated ski lockers are spacious and each one locks with its own key, which makes storing gear easy and secure. Being so close to the gondola means proper ski-in, ski-out access and is a huge convenience. There are a couple of drawbacks. You can’t park near the entrance to load or unload the car, and the lifts get congested as a result. Check-in is only from 4 to 6 pm, so after a long journey there can be a wait while everyone registers. In high season and on changeover days, though, it’s understandable that staff need time to clean the apartments before guests arrive. One idea: replace the two separate beds in the twin room with bunk beds. Then all six people could sleep in a bedroom instead of having to use the living area. Even with those issues, I highly recommend T-Resort. The conditions are very good, the price is reasonable, and access to the slopes is excellent. 😊

What made our stay at T-Resort special was the staff. The reception employee and manager showed real empathy and gave us invaluable help during a difficult situation. Their support saved our trip, and you can feel the care and passion they put into looking after guests. The apartments were spotless and well equipped, the accommodation was excellent, and the ski storage was very handy with the gondola just a short walk away. I highly recommend staying here. 😊

We spent six days at T-Resort in La Tzoumaz and could ski Verbier and 4 Vallies. The holiday apartment is right across from the Gondola, which is very convenient. Our two-bedroom unit was comfortable and had a working kitchen. The beds were smaller than we're used to in the US, but fine for a week of skiing. Prices are great compared with hotels and chalets in the area. I highly recommend it for the location, convenience, and comfort.

The room was clean, spacious, and good value, and the office workers were helpful. The gondola is right across the street, with the grocery store on the other side. There’s a shortcut to the shop through the parking lot. A few tips: the beds made up with towels are worth buying, and it would be useful to have hand soap and shower supplies waiting on arrival. When cooking on the induction hob, the vent sends air back into the room, so open the upper part of the balcony door. We couldn’t adjust the locked HVAC controls, and the bathroom fan ran constantly, which was annoying when trying to sleep. For laundry, the washer and dryer closer to the door work better. For cheaper groceries, take the two gondolas to Coop or Migros. You can go without your ski or snowboard gear. Just be sure to get back to the Savoleyers gondola by 4 pm, or the paid train ride back to La Tzoumaz will be a long commute.

The residence manager was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. When we needed support, she went above and beyond, and we’re very grateful for her honesty and care. Exceptional service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place.
