We slept really well in the cozy room, with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant had delicious choices, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It has that classic ski resort hotel feel and gave us a lovely taste of Swiss hospitality. Thanks to everyone working there, I’d happily return and recommend it.

We only spent one night, but the bedroom view was fantastic. The hotel is right on the main road, yet surprisingly quiet. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed the restaurant food.

There’s a small cafe and convenience store on site, and the staff were friendly. Just be aware there’s no elevator. I had to drag my suitcases up to the higher floors on my own.

The rooms were cozy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved staying here, and the location is great.

4/10
The rooms were nice, but the servers were openly rude, not only to the two of us but to plenty of other people too. Maybe they have something against Americans, or maybe they’re just unhappy in general, I can’t say. When I asked for more coffee, one server opened our carafe, saw there was still about an inch left, and literally waved us away. That’s the worst restaurant service I’ve ever had. I’d avoid this place.
